im a one man band running a small business generally from home selling and providing a flooring service to commercial and domestic customers. I do have lots of work coming through through internet advertising and other means but am very disorganised as in diaries, invoices, just in general the day to day organisation, i have scraps of paper everywhere with measures on and customers numbers and its getting harder to keep on top the more work im getting as i do alot of the trade work myself, i would like to increase work coming through so i can hire other workers to do the labour side while i concentrate on maybe getting more customers, meaning i can spend more time with my family as im getting home late then having remember and sort everything fgor the next day or week. I have sub contractors that do some work for me when i need at the moment but am worried to committ them to any days as i worry of work drying up. I am also looking at a e- commerce site for the selling of carpet accesories like underlay which needs help to organise aswell as setting up payment systems and delivery . if any one thinks they could help my situation, let me know thankyou very much. I am open to fixed prices and hourly rates or if prefered commision deals joined in or seperate.
