Description
Experience Level: Entry
Design details: Please take a look at the attached sketch.
We want it to be redrawn nicely (clean in first place), so we can print it on a large poster. We will hang it on a wall/whiteboard and also be able to add more notes.
The idea behind this is following.
This tree represents how our business will be built up.
1. Roots with the names represent the founders
2. Right on top we need Money (beginning of the trunk)
3. The first two things in the trunk are the two core things we do, which are core of the business (equipment - flying skills)
4. Then, shortly before the branches start, we have some other important things we need: communication and editing skills. Where as Editing is not required for everything, so it goes slightly to the right, into the branches of business where we do need Editing skills. Actually, the Communication could be before editing (I just squeezed it in later).
5. Then the main branches start, which represent the different types of services / products we will offer.
So basically we just want this to be redrawn properly. Doesn't have to be fancy, but just clean and look OK, so we can print it and put on the wall.
There are few thins I'd like to change on this sketch:
- Leave a few fat roots empty so we can add text later
- Make the trunk a bit thicker and leave some space left from Equipment, between Equipment and Flying skills, and some space right from Flying skills
- Put Communication a bit lower, underneath the Editing Skills. Maybe just like a zig-zag or snake in two horizontal lines
- Leave some space before the branches start
- I will provide correct words to put in the branches
- Also as with other parts, leave some empty branches (like 4-7) so we can put more words into it
- Make the branches more like on a palm tree, so they bend and go more horizontal and then slightly down (a bit like the right branch), so it is easier to write and read words from it
- Make each word (sentences, like "flying skills") different colors or font art or leave more space, so the words don't blend into each other
I hope it all makes sense! In short, this tree should represent how our company is built up and also give us some empty space to add more to each part / area.
I don't really care about the style you choose, colors, how "cool" it looks, or if you use an existing graphic/drawing .
Also happy to answer all your questions if you will have any.
Ideas for the visual style: nothing complex, but don't make it look like a child's sketch pelase

Where the design will be used: print on a big poster
