We are a vibrant and successful Interior Design company based in the heart of Cheshire and we need a part time secretary assistant/PA to help us with the existing work load.
We are looking for a confident, accurate and conscientious person with a mature outlook and experience of all aspects of office procedures. You must have good keyboard/IT skills, Word, Excel, Outlook as a minimum and be able to communicate at all levels. Organisational abilities are essential as is the desire to work as part of a small team.
Part time hours are 20/week with the salary and 28 days holiday paid pro rata for the hours worked.
We need you to be able to answer the phone, place small orders ~ having researched the prices and availability first ~ type up estimates, minutes, reports, invoices etc. The Designers need meetings organised and planned and travel arrangements made. They need research done on product supply and availability and some help with the showroom. Just a few of the areas we need help with.
