I need 26 short tips (300 - 500 words for each tip) for a store that sells new and second hand electrical goods (TVs, mobile phones), hi-fi, games machines, laptops, etc, plus musical instruments and jewellery.

We buy stock both from wholesalers and from our customers.

We also give customers short term, pawnbroking-type loans.

I want to send sales staff an email each week giving them a brief sales tip. For example:

- If a customer is waiting in a queue, acknowledge them, and they will stay rather than walking out.

- find out the customer\'s name. Use the name three times in the course of your conversation. Research shows that the customer will be more inclined to trust you.

These tips should be aimed at ordinary sales staff. The tips should be within their power to control. For example, you can\'t say \'cut the prices\', \'get different stock\', or \'do a special promotion\'

I will give you details of our web site when appointed, so that you can see better what we do.

Please state your experience in this area.

Please note that we always check work against Copyscape for plagiarism and report bad examples to PPH.
