Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for someone to develop new markets and territories and work as an independent sales representative, who is comfortable from lead generation to making first contact and closing the deal.

Our product is a turnkey hiring solution package and marketed to both small companies who need HR assistance and larger companies whose search for compatible personnel needs to be narrowed and focused. This product could be purchased either as a one or two month solution, or renewed for further hiring assistance. We have worked through the UK and Europe with some of the largest placement agencies and have assessments, reports and performance benchmarks in multiple languages. The online based solution is competitively priced, has high profit margins, and is supported direct. We are poised to make a major marketing push internationally and are looking for someone highly motivated that already has contacts with decision makers involve in hiring, sales force development, operations, or general management.

Required
- Lead Generation Capability
- Experience developing new markets, or someone already having network connections that would be a natural fit for our type online solution for hiring and personnel selection
- Outgoing Personality
- Great Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
- Sales Experience
- Fluent English Skills

Preferred
- Experience with software sales
- Experience with selling to or working with HR departments, or decision makers who are responsible for hiring

We will accept bids to work as a consultant for 30-90 days to develop contacts and connect us with existing sales networks, business, clientele, etc. We are looking for someone with existing connections already in place that might easily be converted over to users of our online hiring and personnel selection services. After initial consultation, we would look to work on a lower monthly retainer with high commission rates as the ongoing incentive.

Additional Information

Product training is required, but travel is not necessary.

We will need to receive a resume and cover letter outlining your approach to developing new markets (or connecting us with current clientele). We would set up and conduct a phone interview before hire.
