If you are a sales professional that stands by your results, we are looking for you. As a niche consultancy we run programmes either in house or public open programmes to develop management competencies.
Our area of expertise is the development of management knowledge and skills, but also management behaviours. We use many behavioural science tools including neuro-linguistic programming, emotional intelligence, psychometric testing (OPQ32, MBTI and EQ360 to give you a few examples) and plain old common sense to enable mangers to understand how to get the best out of themselves.
We are now recognised as one of Scotland\'s leading providers of bespoke management training and leadership development programmes, mostly because we deliver measurable improvements in individual, team and business performance, giving an absolute return on investment.
Our tailored in-company management and leadership development programmes are normally made up of three different elements - training, consulting and mentoring. The unique way we combine these elements for each client is what we refer to as a client \'roadmap\' for enhanced business performance.
We are interested in sales driven individuals that are have the knowledge, skills and behaviours to stand on their own two feet, generate leads and convert these leads to tangible business for us.
Our target is for you to one in-company management development programme per month and to sell ten places on an open public course per month. We have the internal capacity to deliver many times more volume than that, so this is a minimum expectation.
We will pay a basic hourly rate as a gesture of goodwill, but we are not looking for an hourly paid role. We want a sales professional that will drive results and be paid for these results. We will pay you a significant percentage of the revenue you generate, so the more work you generate the more you will earn.
