We are searching for a polished, hardworking and experienced sales professional to join the company as a Business Development Manager.

Working with us within a high earning potential commission only role, your position will be exciting and varied work from the start. Flexible working will be encouraged, so that your able to achieve your targets through both telesales or/ and field sales tactics, allowing you to grow within the role.

You will be responsible for helping companies across the region and UK by promoting and selling our training, consultancy and development services through needs matching, gaining prospect information to establish requirements and identifying possible sales opportunities in all situations through all industry sectors.

Our clients are based throughout UK and from the moment they sign up with us, they are loyal - this is because from the start, we work hard in our customer service approach to build strong rapport and trust, which you will be expected to continue.

You will be expected to conduct yourself in a professional manner when dealing with prospective clients; we have won awards for customer care, our bespoke sales training methods, business development and personal client service and would need you to maintain to deliver our highest standard of service to all contacts you meet.

This role is open to candidates based anywhere in the UK as long as you have telephone/ internet access for ongoing communications, were flexible about the area you will be covering and will support you with ongoing training, support and guidance.
