Description

Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for a say sales person to join a growing company. Your role will be to fill a sales pipe and to manage the growth of that sales channel that.....rah rah rah

Ok here is the short of it

- We are a growing company
- We offer a real neat solution to companies looking to generate leads (B2B)
- That is a virtual call centre of agents based all over the UK and Ireland

We need a sales person that

- Is excited by selling a new innovative service
- Wants to be part of a growing company
- Is a doer, a closer

We will

guide you, help you, support you

We won't
give you scripts, tell you how or when to work, monitor you

We recognise that this will mean effort and work on your part and so we are prepared to offer a unique payment schedule that ensures your OTE match the responsibility we are giving you

But mostly we want you to have the freedom to decide your own fate, when you work, when you eat lunch etc etc

Great Payment Terms

We will pay a basic of £750 a month if you hit your minimum target of three sales a month
We will £1 for every hour booked (average sale is for 80 hours)
We will pay £1 for every hour re-booked in the following 12 months

(That means one sale continues earning for 12 months after the sale is made. The majority of clients continue to use us once they have lead gen campaign up and running)

e.g.

Month 1 - You make 4 sales

(Sale 1- 3 @ £1500) earn £750 - for hitting minimum
(Sale 4 @ £1500) earn £100 - for 100 hours sold

Month 2 - You make 6 sales
(Sale 6- 9 @ £1500) earn £750 - for hitting minimum
(Sale 10-11 @ £1500) earn £200 - for 200 hours sold
(Sales 1, 2 & 3 rebook) earn £300 - for 300 hours rebooked
