Description of support work: I would really appreciate someone to help get my Accounts and Payroll up to date. I have registered a Limited Company and have been Trading since 11th April 2016, being the only employee means I don't have much time to understand this whole accounts and Payroll HMRC submissions and I'm not sure which forms need submitting or if I'm overdue any. The software that I am currently using is SageOne Accounts and Payroll online.
Also if you have access to OneNote that would be great, as I then can cloudshare all financials with you i.e Invoices, bank statements, Expenses etc.
The situation I'm currently in is… I have been trading since Tax Week 3, sending and receiving invoices and using the business Barclays account to buy work tools, parking, withdrawals etc but none of these are inputted into SageOne nor have I sent any documents/fillings to HMRC when making direct transfers to myself.
I would like accomplished, inputted into SageOne;…
• All invoices sent and received from customers (Since April 2016),
• Month end
• Bank reconciled
• Nominal Codes - Inputting Expenses to correct code and Assort to a correct naming structure
• Payroll process for Director Payments
• Payroll deductions P11D - Mileage, Work Tools, any other benefits
• Corporation Tax
• Self-Assessment
• Any other submissions to HMRC
• Prepare for Year End
• Any other preparations for HMRC
I am the only employee 'Director' and my work roles are engineer or project manager contractor.
I would like this completed and up to date asap really as I don't want to run the risk of receiving any fines form HMRC. If this is something you could help me with please reply and then we can sort out a time to discuss further. Thanks
