General information for the business: We are looking to expand beyond UK, and require latest data on overall population by country, working population by country, professionally qualified working population by country, working population by Company/Employer size, and some further detailed (UK only) data/information on outsourcing and TUPE
Geographical areas: Worldwide and UK
Data to include: There are three types of data we would like. We are happy to receive proposals for pph suppliers for one or more of these. There three types of data needed are:

Type 1 : Employment Data Worldwide (all data to be presented by country)

1. Total population worldwide (a number)
2. % (or number) of population who are working
3. % (or number) of working population with a professional status (higher educated, accredited, chartered)
4. % of people employed by organisation size (as shown or similar size breaks)

• 100-500,
• 500-1000,
• 1000-5000,
• 5000-10000,
• 10000+

Type 2 : Outsourcing in UK

1. How many organisations in the UK outsource one or more parts of HR activity currently (general HR support, payroll, training, Employment law)
2.Are the number of outsources HR services increasing or decreasing.
3. What are the key drivers for such HR services outsourcing.

Type 3 : TUPE transactions in UK
1. How many transactions were conducted in the UK in 2014
2. What volume of TUPE transaction by industrial/market sectors where these TUPE transactions conducted in
