We are trying to correlate the returns for the referendum for local authority areas to parliamenatry constituencies. We need someone to take the results of the 400 voting areas that were used for the EU referendum and first propose a defendable methodology for translating this into how people must have voted within parliamentary constitutencies. (This probably cannot be a watertight analysis, but cannot just be a vague estimate either). Secondly we need that piece of work then carried out so that we have a suitable table of the 650 constituencies and how the electorate will have voted in each (and possibly by what estimated margin).
