I have a case where the council is believed to be working with contractors who are indirectly taking over properties and refurbishing at leaseholders expenses. i believe i have materials to prove that the expenses they are charging include their own works. I have a 10 story building bill of over £156,000 my share of this being £23,000 for just front painting, roof and hallway divided to 10 flats. This includes a fee of £1800 just for a normal front door, 5 stairs painting cost £28,000 etc. will negotiate fees on percentage of gain.
