A cloud-based application for the estate agent industry connecting the principal parties to a property transaction. The estate agent, as administrator, will manage the transaction process, inviting offers from registered bidders through the platform. The system allows solicitors to upload and download contracts & legal documents to a data room, and allows buyer and seller log online to digitally sign contracts.
Requirement is for a working prototype/proof of concept to be built to allow an estate agent to test the platform with a live property, live buyers and live solicitors.
Preference for Microsoft stack / .NET framework / C#, but all frameworks considered.
