Business introducers are required to work from home to help expand our business. Note; the target markets are landlords who own properties in Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire. Other counties will be introduced as we expand.
This is a commission only role, however part of the commission is residual and can be built up over a period of time.
We are a company who specialise in residential property management and have many years of experience. We need to identify agents who know how to contact landlords or are in a position to approach landlords. (we do not provide any leads).
The service offering itself is extremely unique in the industry as landlords pay an all inclusive commission of 10% of the rent received. There are absolutely no letting fees, inventory fees, contract renewal fees, uplifts on maintenance costs etc. We are able to offer this as we do not run expensive high street premises. Our clients and tenants get their own dedicated property/account manager and tenants have a facility to report issues 24/7. Here is an illustration of how much commission may be earned based on an example:
Say you introduce a landlord or landlords with a total of 10 properties over a period of 6 months, on the basis that the properties command an average rental income of £650 per calendar month, the commission will be:
One-off commission payable = £1957.00
Residual commission payable* = £195.75
Total payable = £ 2152.75
*Residual commission is payable to the agent monthly for the life of the management contract, hence this figure will accumulate as more properties are introduced.
This is a long-term role and applicants may contribute as little or as much as they wish. Partnerships may be available for successful and committed agents in the future.
