Experience Level: Entry
A Landlord with a portfolio of up to 20 properties in central London requires a Property Manager to work 20-25 hours per week in the property office in Croydon. You will work on a self-employed basis and be paid £200-250 pw based on experience. The anticipated start date will be mid-October.
You will deal with property management including dealing with tenants, managing agents and contractors. The office is being revamped and you will have good IT skills, good numeracy and attention to detail to ensure that paperwork is kept up-to-date. The work will be office-based for the most part although there may be a requirement to travel to the properties on occasion.
Previous property management or hotel management experience would be desirable, particularly with knowledge of relocation agencies and short-let holiday business in London. Fluency in another main European language (Russian, Spanish) would therefore be beneficial. Ideally you are a graduate or with equivalent professional skills.
