Experience Level: Intermediate

I run a small business based in Nottinghamshire in the UK, We develop ecommerce websites for clients across the UK and occasionally worldwide.

I have a team of developers work with me, all remote based, Nepal, India, Ukraine, Egypt. In general, the development side of the business is working well. The part of the business where I now need assistance is project and client management. And to be blunt keeping me organised, focussed and on track.

Currently, I am the face of the company and deal directly with each client, whilst I do not want to stop dealing with clients there are many times when it would be better for clients to have a point of contact before me.

There are several reasons for this including:

I can end up spending a lot of time in conversations that are not needed
Some clients would be better served by a PM
I have no time currently to look at the bigger picture, I am all things to all people. This needs to change if the business is to grow. I have the development teams in place and now need a friendly, reliable PM / VA to assist.

I am looking for someone that is reliable, friendly and can bring experience to the table that can knock me into shape.

I've been self-employed for 17 years and have done this for so long that I am not sure what I can "let go" off so need someone to guide me through this process.

The majority of our clients contact us through email, skype, teamwork (our project management system) and phone.

Experience in working with skype is a must

A good understanding of ecommerce and development work a bonus but not essential.

Ideally, you will be someone that uses initiative and is forward thinking and can help us to deliver projects on time and keep customers smiling.

When bidding please include any experience and hours you are available for work. (GMT Time) You do not have to be based in the UK but English needs to be very good.
Best regards,
