DON'T WORK HARDER BUT SMARTER:

- We provide a solid and easy training on our web-based data search tools and Telemarketing system

- NO technical/technology KNOWLEDGE is needed as business value proposition delivery message is scripted

- Work much LESS HOURS than in the B2B Telemarketing Industry

- Be process-driven to achieve results
(e.g. So called “target-driven” environments tend to create unnecessary pressure and stress)

- Achieve MORE, EARN MORE and be MORE self-satisfied
(The lowest phone meeting pays 276.5 Pounds, the highest 346.8 Pounds)

(***) Our last pilot campaign conducted in June 2010 in Spain revealed 2 phone meetings achieved through a total of 34 hours per week with only 4.3 hours role-based DATA SELECTION + DATA CAPTURE + 2.5 hours CALLING ACTIVITY per day.

This business model takes advantages of demand in the B2B IT Telemarketing sector serving the EMEA market, of the staff high rotation rates known in the B2B Telemarketing market, of the exponential growth of the Freelancer workforce on the European market (i.e. 35% rise per year according to leading Analyst sources) and takes advantage of Web 2.0 and cloud computing developments.

Working essentially with Gartner-selected software and hardware vendors (and their respective Value-Added Distributors and Resellers) and ICT companies serving and servicing Stock Market ranked, large and medium-sized enterprises,

JOB ROLE:
-Business Development Executive
-Senior Business Development Executive
- We are specially targeting B2B Telemarketers who are or have been employed in the B2B Telemarketing sector for more than 2 years.

TYPE OF CAMPAIGN:
Phone appointment setting with IT Decision-Makers in EMEA

LOCATIONS:
Home-based persons located preferably in:
-South-East and South-West of ENGLAND;
-Catalonia, Madrid and Andalusia of SPAIN;

- or any other European country

MULTI-LINGUAL:
This project requires native English speakers and multi-lingual Appointment Setters calling in Austria, Finland and Sweden, France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, UK.
Bilingual for Campaigns outside of UK: You speak at least one of the tongues from the countries aforementioned AND speak English fluently enough to deliver at Business level.
Monolingual for UK Campaign ONLY: You speak English fluently to deliver our client’´s business value proposition and conduct business conversations with ease.

CUSTOMER-FOCUSED:
Working in small teams or individually, each member of the team has direct on-line interface with the client's sales and marketing managers so that each Business Development Person work as an extension of the client’´s marketing and sales team.

EXPERIENCED WITH OWN IT RESOURCES:
-Mainly appointment setter as we work in a pay-per-result environment
-2 years' experience minimum within a B2B high value IT Telemarketing and business development environment.
-Ability to work alone, self-motivated, autonomous.
-Must have a PC or Laptop, fast and reliable internet connection , be Skype-enabled, have a working phone landline to be used as a back-up and prospect/client's inbound calls, last version of Mozilla Firefox for Skype add-on

OTHER INFO:
- Incoming calls from prospects and clients are remunerated according to our inbound call included in our Outsourcer Agreement.
-Skype calls cost is also covered
-Candidates in the Euro zone must expect an equivalent monetary value in Euro e.g. £2050/month are paid 2050 €/month
