We are a growing lead generation company based in the UK.
At the moment we are looking for a Personal Assistant to help our managing director get organised with his day to day activities.
Basic requirement for this job is that you are based in the UK, as close as possible to Leeds, as in person meetings will be requested. Please do not apply if you are not living in the UK and around 30 minutes to max 1 hour from Leeds.
Other than that, our ideal candidate needs to excel in the following areas:
* Extensive experience as a Virtual/Personal assistant. Previous experience in working as a CEO assistant will be highly regarded.
* Excellent research skills - you might be requested to find cheap tickets, hotels, research properties and many many more. You must be able to find what you are asked and make sure you are not missing any basic information.
* Internet savvy - you need to be able to learn how to use new software, be great with Google docs and even if you are not familiar with something be able to learn about it and adjust.
* Should also be able to manage emails, book things (save costs), keep Managing Director accountable, plan meetings and other administrative activities as requested.
This is for a long term position and we are looking for someone enthusiastic and committed. Hours in the beginning might be limited but there is room to grow if you are the right person for us.
