Hello Perl Programmers. Im teaching myself perl through books and tutorials. So far so good. I built a shopping cart, guest book, and many other rustic applications, with flat file database, (No MySQL yet). Now I stumbled into a task for which I cannot find instructions anywhere. How to parse XML files with perl. So in order to have a working example I can study and learn from, I will ask you to do a simple project for me. An integration of a payment API offered by www.LiqPay.com in Ukraine. They offer many tasks instructions in their API but I only want you to code one task. They call it \"Money Transfer from Merchant`s LiqPAY account to another phone\". (mainly what they mean is an account to account transaction, since every account with LiqPay is opened under a cell phone number, not email address like PayPal), LiqPay has the quickest and easiest money transfers in the internet. They only ask you for a cell number to open an account, (no name, no address, etc), and then to withdraw funds any time you wish, you just enter a credit card in your account panel and you can download the amount you want to your card, (no waiting three days to collect), the card load is instant. To experiment with their integration API you need to find the ADD SHOP link, (on the top right corner of their Home page). Only your cell number is requested to open a shop, then you can create Pay Buttons in less than 3 minutes. They will even give you money for testing their services. Go to www.liqpay.com home page and in the center of the page towards the bottom you will find they give you 5 cents American USD as a gift. (Look for their 24 hrs. TECH SUPPORT link via LIVE CHAT, if you ran into problems). So if you are interested in helping me for a fee, look at the LiqPay API for instructions at www.liqpay.com/?do=pages&p=api and quote me how much you wish me to pay you, and how long you need to complete the task) Thank You
