Firemill Consultancy is looking for a part-time Content Assistant to join our team this summer! We create engaging online copy for a variety of clients. From daily blog posts and monthly newsletters, to social media posts and product reviews, our content team develops a wide variety of content at the highest standards of quality.
Ideally, applicants would be in the Greater Manchester Area and have easy access to the city centre for meetings when needed. However, this position is remote and daily activities can be completed from home, work, school, or wherever there is an internet connection.
We will be holding interviews in Manchester on May 11th for prospective applicants.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Work up to 15 hours per week, including weekends when needed
- Must create engaging content
- Must love to write
- Must work well within give timeframes and guidelines
- Create content and copywriting material for Firemill Consultancy LTD., Grayson Digital Services B.V., and The Backdrop Co., when needed
o This includes blog posts, articles, white papers, market research, reviews, and analysis, or other form of content provided by management
- Review and edit content for Firemill Consultancy LTD., Grayson Digital Services B.V., and The Backdrop Co., when needed
o This includes editing work created by other members of the Firemill Consultancy team
- Manage social media accounts and create relevant content when needed
o Must be familiar with social media post schedulers, such as Hootsuite
o Must be familiar with social media post creators, such as Canva
- Must be able to meet management in Manchester City Centre to once per month for reviews
- Must have effective communication skills and comply within the guidelines of the company’s Communications Agreement Contract
