Tasks and responsibilities:
Set up core CRM Modules Should have good knowledge of SFM and ability to write new workflows Ability to generate custom forms and will be well versed in functional reportingTranslate Business requirements to Functional specs for Current and Custom ProcessAbility to produce MD050 and work with technical team to manage and deliver the changes as requested by Business.

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge:
IT Degree.5 years in the Telecommunication Field.2-3 years of these shall have been within the Oracle SFM areas.Experience in technical project management. Strong communication skills.Strong technical knowledge of PLSQL and Java developmentGood understanding of Rating, billing and provisioning processes.Expert in Oracle Apps development tools, standards and processes including API's and Open interfaces.Must have a demonstrable background in Oracle eBS including Financials, Inventory and CRM from a technical perspective (GL, AP, AR, OM, INV, SFM, IB, Field Service). Have a decent understanding of functionality of the above areas, have a good understanding of Have good knowledge of Linux Shell Scripting, advanced PL/SQL and SQLExpert in Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms Oracle Embedded Workflow as well as XML publisher. Should have good knowledge of Oracle Embedded Workflow and ability to write custom workflows Ability to generate custom forms and will be well versed in functional reportingTranslate Functional specs to Technical designAbility to produce MD070 and work with technical team to manage and deliver the changes as requested by Business.
