PLEASE READ ALL OF REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY! IF YOU DO NOT MEET ALL OF THEM, THEN PLEASE DO NOT BID!!!!!!!!!

We are not looking for individuals for this project. We require an established company with multiple staff to cover holidays and illness.

We require that the company be either based in or around London, or be able to travel to London for training. This will of course be paid at the standard rate.

We require that all member of staff be fluent in English.

We are looking for a company who can provide these services as a long term project.

If you meet all of the above requirements, please read the tasks we require below.

The tasks required are: (All timescales indicated are EXTREMELY GENEROUS)


Issuing Log-In details to new customers:

This involves logging into our system and creating a new user for each new customer we sign up. There will be approximately 5 per week.

Time: 1 hour per month


Customer Service Calls:

This involves calling our customers once a month and asking how their experience using our services is going for them. We currently have around 30 people, however this will steadily increase over time. No call will take longer than 10 minutes.

Time: 5 hours per month


Customer Service Texts:

This involves logging onto a website, and sending a text message to all of our customers. Address books have been created to make it very quick and easy.

Time: 5 minutes per month.


Booking Exams:

Our customers will need exams booked for them. This will involve liasing with the customer and establishing when they would like to sit their exam, and then booking it with the exam provider. The whole process should take no longer than 30 minutes, and we are currently doing between 4 and 6 per month.

Time: 3 hours per month


Support Enquiries:

Very rarely you will receive a telephone call or an e-mail requesting some technical support. Full training will be provided, however you will not get more than 4 fifteen minute calls/e-mails per month.

Time: 1 hour per month


System Management:

Different customers require different access privileges, and over time, each users access needs to be updated. This is a very quick and easy job, and should only happen about 10 times per month.

Time: 1 hour per month
