Job description:
1. Job type: Full-time.
2. Job starting: 2010/10/10.
3. To carry out and plan the student teaching plans goals, scopes and materials.
4. Online class preparation and homework creation.
5. Making student English level assessments for some positive adjustment.
6. Homework correction and examination assistance.
7. Customers Service and follow the regulations/principles of the company.
8. Internet/Web document/information editing.
9. A free-talk interview (15 Minutes) with your new student.
10. The salary will up to 3,000.USD /a program/a yearlong/a student.
11. Compensation will be pay by monthly before 5Th.
12. Compensation will promote up to 4,000.USD /a program/a yearlong/a student for students have tutored by you over one year and` continue the lesson with you.
13. Yearly, There are three week vacations that include:
● The Christmas off 7 days
● The New Year off 7 days
● The Chinese new year off 7 days
● The Chinese Moon festival off 1 day
14. Our classes are a yearlong program. Which include:
● Daily, checking out student’s available time to have class with you.
(For on-line course or daily conversation)
● Daily, making and sending, immediately, a vocabulary words digest for the student after the 10 minutes conversation course. (Send to the student’s Email and Skype account).
● Weekly, one 60 minutes on-line course (through Skype).
● Weekly, five times 10 minutes (through Skype to student’s iPhone4) conversations.
● Weekly, make a whole week’s vocabulary words digest and review it on the class and send to student’s Email and Skype account before class.
● Weekly, sending at least one greeting Email to student.
● Weekly, assigning student a reading article by Email.
● Monthly, sending the student’s level assessment and teaching plan to both student and us.
● Monthly, making the whole month’s vocabulary words digest and review it on the class and send to student’s Email and Skype account before class.

1. Candidate must at least have a bachelor's degree.
2. Must have at least 1 year English teaching experience.
3. ET, TESOL, IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL Certifications (and/or any International certifications is preferred).
4. Must have outstanding oral, written and English communication skills.
5. Must be an America, Canada, England, Australia or New Zealand citizen and have neutral English accent (or growing up, studying or working above countries over 10 years and have a neural English accent. ) .
6. Must be willing to work during these hours (AM06:00~PM24:00 UTC/GMT+8 orTaiwan Standard Time) Mondays to Saturdays.
7. Must be computer-competent.
8. Have to be flexible and dynamic to teach students who are learning English as a
second language.
9. Must be a team player and have a heart for teaching.
10. Must be physically fit; not over 50 years old.
11. Must have a positive attitude, good moral character, reliable, responsible, punctual, resourceful and can work with minimum supervision.
12. Good and quiet work environment. (No sound of dog barking, people shouting/talking/walking around, vehicle sounds, sound of air conditioner, baby crying, etc.)
13. Has a good and stable wired internet connection at least Mbps
