I have a client who is using an MS Access Database with Graphic User Interface (GUI) to create and print invoices for electricty gas and water for a number of businesses that she runs.
The majority of the functionality works however some anomilies have turned up. Every three months, she raises new invoices. The previous meter readings are should be automatically placed in the \'previous readings\' column so that when the new readings are entered, it calculates the amount of units automatically. This is not working for one of the businesses.
In a similar situation, the date isn\'t been updated either.
Finally sometimes one of the customers may be allocated more than one invoice when it shouldn\'t.
I would be able to send a copy of the database and GUI for you to look at if that helps.
