We are looking to built a ringtone Ecommerce solution for mobile phones using existing sample application in PHP5 (class library) and WURFL databse for mobile phone type verification.
We want to be able to sell ringtones as straight digital downloads sent directly to the mobile phones:
Compatibility: The app. must be compatible with multiple phones - Nokia (Symbian), Sony, Samsung, Motorola, Opera and others.

This simple application consists 3 or 4 pages/screens:

1.Ability to sample the ringtones on the mobile phone.
2. Main page with registration / login for multiple users service.
3. PayPal payment ( or others recommended )
4. Calibration (will explain later).
5. Playing 3 ringtones in random order - 3 times each ringtone
6. Collecting user responses on database in mySQL on our server

We want function to save all required data in mySQL database on our server.
We want a function to be able to send information on mobile phones and PDA\'s in correct context using XHTML / WAP CSS standards.
Looking for self starter developer for ongoing/Long Term association for 1 year +.

Developers must have multiple mobile domain expertise on all plaform\'s (Nokia/Motorola/LG/Samsung/Symbian/Windows Mobile/PHP5/mySQL/WURFL/PayPal).

To qualify, Interested Bidders shall submit their profile containing quality projects details/screenshots involving all the above skill sets/mobile verticles and applications you have developed that are being sold on market by you or somebody else.
