Experience Level: Intermediate
Based from home, but requiring travel, this position is perfect for individuals who want to work very flexibly. The position entails making appointments with clients, who are expecting your call, to arrange a 15 minute legal case paperwork sign-up visit. Each case pack requires 5 - 8 Forms that need to be signed, dated and verified. Since the public cannot be trusted to complete some forms properly, they require someone to show them where to sign. After completion, packs are returned by post to Head Office with photocopies or digital photographs of client ID and Proof of Address.
We seek agents across the UK, with use of a car, mobile phone, E-Mail and internet access. These individuals will be organised, have a good telephone manner, excellent interpersonal skills, with appropriate appearance for individuals completing a professional function.
The agent will be expected to appoint and visit clients at home and return documentation within tight time constraints. They could be travelling up to 50Miles to visit clients, however most will be local. Each visit will be priced on a fixed price basis, with rates to be discussed individually dependent upon your home location. You can expect upwards of 5 cases to complete each week at times to suit the clients and yourselves.
Opportunities exist for those who would want to complete large numbers of cases and travel extensively. We will need to fulfill 1000 cases per week nationwide so excellent income potentials exist for those with an apetite for work and the appropriate drive and ambition. This could be a long term relationship for the right candidates.
