*Calling all minutes takers and transcriptionist in Edinburgh!!*
An experienced minutes taker is required to attend an onsite meeting in the Edingburgh (EH14) area (so preferably would like to find someone within easy access to that area).
The meeting will run from 10am-3:30pm, (with 2x15 mins breaks, and 1hr lunch), so more like 3 hrs. It is a committee meeting with a lovely group.
You would need to arrive 10-15 mins prior to the start of the meeting to get set up, and would be required to attend and record the meeting (you can use an app on your device), and then later send the recording (via Dropbox) of the meeting back to us by the next day.
You would subsequently, be required to produce a detailed summary of the meeting within 3 days’ time, which you would also send back to us via Dropbox. Note: we just require you to do the initial 1st draft, as there is no need to do an extensive edit, as the final edit and layout will be done this end, before it is sent back to the client for review. So its not a hard job, but easy as the clients are lovely to deal with, and you will be included in the posh lunch!!

-Whether you can do speed writing or shorthand
