A government initiative was set up 5 years ago to redress the teacher\'s work-life balance. I am proposing to set up a \"menu of services\" from local providers to school teachers to access during school hours i.e. ironing, cleaning, mobile tyre fitting, dry cleaning, car valeting etc.
Anything which can help the teacher concentrate on teaching and learning and reduce the time spent doing things which could be done while they are in school. Schools also have to be seen to be providing the support for teachers to address their work life balance so will happily take this system on board for their staff.
I am a governor of a primary school and this school has implemented the idea to great success.
I am now rolling the idea out accross the country.
So far I have contacted just ironing providers in one postcode area and had a 50% success rate on those who I contacted.
One provider will service one postcode area which normally covers up to 20 schools. The providers have agreed to offer their services for £40 for a year.
As I am a teacher myself I do not have the time to phone on a consistent basis so i am looking for professional telesales executives to carry out this role.
This is an excellent opportunity for those who want a fairly easy sell as companies really see the benefits of advertising their services to those who really need them.
Please provide details on how you would like to be renumerated
