Introduction

We are a privately owned company which was formed in January 2010 with the objective of launching an innovative World Exclusive online business. The site been in development for ten months and launch of the business is imminent.

We are delighted to announce that a number of exciting opportunities exist for First Job graduates to join us at the start of what promises to be an incredible journey. As an internet start-up business we are using many third party providers to deliver services as opposed to creating an internal capability in all areas such as customer call centres, IT application development and IT Infrastructure and Support.

While we will outsource where possible we need to build a small elite team that is energetic, creative and committed to ensure the company grows for the benefit of all.

There are a number of skills that we are looking for immediately. The hiring process will be somewhat unconventional as we do not have specific roles to hire into. We could be hiring the next CEO of our company through this process, we certainly hope so. That at least is the expectation of the calibre of individuals we are looking for and hopefully indicative of the opportunities that Dartali will offer the right people as the company expands.

Roles

We are not recruiting into specifically scoped roles, as in a New Company environment, resources will be expected to participate in whatever activities are critical to the business. As the organisation grows the roles will become more formal and resources will have the ability to differentiate themselves in aspiring to filling these roles. Certain skills and experience will be beneficial to candidates being accepted by us but the overriding characteristics must be commitment, ability to learn, flexibility, strong work ethic, great team player but individually competitive. While new graduates will be asked to contribute to a multitude of activities and disciplines examples of responsibilities are detailed below:

Management

• On a daily basis identify Sporting Events for our product
• Calculate profitability of potential returns, determining prize values and expiry times
• Create daily timetables for management sign off
• Set up product schedule on the Website.
• Maintain market Odds on our products
• Produce daily MIS on product performance
• Analyse and improve profitability of products on offer
• Explore new ideas for our products


Customer Service

• Maintain and Update FAQs on the site
• Analyse customer call flow and subjects most frequently called upon
• Provide first point of escalation in resolving customer queries not covered by call centre script
• Review and improve workflow between customers and call centre
• Test interaction with call centre with Phantom Call’ approach
• Provide Quarterly evaluation report of call centre performance

Social Networking Moderating

• Manage (Day and night) the Facebook and Twitter content for the Website
• Manage competitions on Social Networks driving traffic to the site, We will have daily and weekly competition on Horseracing and Football
• Manage the RSS News Channel on the website
• Ensure our web presence is high profile and full of integrity
• Ensure site is integrated with social networks
• Maintain Company Blog on all Major Sporting events

Account Management and Reconciliation

• Produce Daily MIS on Auction Profitability
• Produce daily MIS on key company financials
• Reconcile balance sheet to external cash accounts
• Recommend improvements in accounting and pnl reporting aspects of CMA site
• Manage FX exposure of the company revaluing currency positions daily
• Maintain company accounts on accounting software package
• Interface with accountants and provide regular updates
• Accurately capture VAT information and ensure reclaims are issued on a timely basis
• Manage invoicing process for Affiliate Revenue’
• Track unpaid invoices
• Manage payment of incoming invoices


Marketing

• Assist with Search Engine Optimisation
• Monitor companies Pay Per Click Campaigns and maximise effectiveness
• Oversee marketing budget
• Create and organise PR opportunities
• Monitor companies affiliate program maximising effectiveness
• Design and Build Flash Banners for the Site
• Run promotion events at racecourses, major sport events etc....
• Manage marketing presence with Neteller
• Manage Email campaigns and content to existing customers
• Put together Digital Marketing Plan for Phase 2 Launch to Asia which is scheduled for the end of this year?

Technology Enhancements

• Identify areas where client site and CMA site can be improved
• Manage interface with IT Software providers to improve platform
• Write specification documents for IT development
• Test IT deliverables
• Become an expert in the operation of the website.
• Understanding of HTML and Java to the point where operating code is understood would be highly beneficial
