Calibrated Group (www.calibratedgroup.com) is a US Private-Equity Fund backed KPO/LPO focused on outsourced software, healthcare and legal services. Over the past several years Calibrated's management team has established several companies such as RMSI and Midland Calibrated (now Encore Capital Group).

Job Description •
This is a leadership position that will report to the Head of India Operations of Calibrated. Outstanding candidates will have an opportunity to grow the company and with it grow to the position of Vice President - Operations with responsibility of hundreds of staff members. The position involves supervision, quality control and at times training of staff members in specialized litigation support services for US clients.

Our services include, Legal Document Review, Legal Document Summarization, Case Tracking, Legal Research, and Paralegal Support. The selected candidate will lead a team of trained attorneys to begin with and would be involved closely in the process of recruitment of additional team members as the client requirement grows. Our expected size of Operations is 60+ attorneys within the next 6 months.

CTC • 10 Lakhs+ per annum plus a 5 figure joining bonus.
15-30 percent increase on your current salary + Retention Bonus of Rs. 1.5 Lakhs on completion of 2 years of service. You would be expected to join immediately at our office in Gurgaon.

Day to Day responsibilities will be:
1. Ensuring on-time delivery of projects. Expertise in Document Review is required and on Objective Coding is highly preferred.
2. Ensuring highest quality levels in projects, in line with the company's vision of being the BEST in outsourced litigation support services.
3. Leading implementation of project management protocols.
4. Managing client expectations through effective reporting and delivery mechanisms.

Required Experience and Skills -
1. Background - 4+ years in the LPO industry with focus on Litigation Support services (based on US laws) for at least the past 2 years. Litigation Support Services include legal document review, document summarization, case management, etc. It doesn't include, IP, Patents, Contract Review and Management, though these are ok as additional experience points as long as the most recent experience has been in Litigation Support.
2. Leadership Experience - The candidate should have experience in team management as well as in directly interfacing with the client. The ideal candidate would be an AM or a Manager already.
3. Communication: Excellent English. The candidate should be able to speak and write his or her thoughts clearly.
