We would like all of our customers to be on a maintenance contract. Wording of contract would have to be created by you.
We should see all of our cutomers annually for a safety inspection and service but most people don't bother unless they have a problem. We like to give a high degree of customer service , but the more customers we have the less possible this becomes. The aim is to look after the customers that look after us. They would pay monthly by direct debit/ standing order, you would have to implement this. In return they get their annual service and safety check (which they should be doing anyway) plus priority attention and numerous other benefits. We have a Sage database of 689 customers and a previous quickbooks database of 575 customers( most of these older cutomers will no longer have their vehicle). The databases include address, phone number and some email details.
We normally charge £141 for service and safety check. Proposed monthly fee per customer would be £10 per month. We would pay a one time comission for each customer on the maintenance plan. We would need to have project completed within one month.
