Description
Experience Level: Expert
Summary
Looking for an experienced web developer to design and develop a website for a new business. Must be able to work remotely but preferably located within one hour of London.
In addition to the detailed design requirement below, the company is looking to expand to have a mobile presence and will be looking to add mobile apps in the future as well as build on the website.
A fixed price quote is preferred for the initial design for the must and should have requirements in the detailed design below. For ongoing work and maintenance there should be a charge of no more than £30 per hour.
Detailed design
The detailed website design is for a site with between 17 and 20 pages of static content, two simple request forms (that output to email) and a blog. The site must have a supporting content management system to allow a non-technical user to update the content. The static site should be mobile friendly. The business logo and colours have already been drafted but must be adapted for a website.
In addition to the static pages, the site must have a user log in page (to support multiple users) and user specific area with a further 10 pages of more dynamic content (e.g. guest list, to do list and budget planner) driven by a supporting database. This should also include an online seating planner.
From the user area, customers must be able to send email invitations and provide a landing page for guests to RSVP and customers should have the ability to create a simple static website based on a standard template.
Some of the static pages require links to Google advertising through Google AdSense and we will be looking for advice on the use of paid advertising and how best to generate it.
The site must have the ability to take online payments.
Hosting arrangements in place, although the packages available through the hosting company are flexible and include e-commerce. However, they can be altered to meet the right technical solution.
