Fabrily is on the hunt for a local country account manager comfortable with social media, Internet marketing, and customer service to work with us remotely. We are looking for someone who is energetic, service-minded, self-motivated and full of good ideas on how to improve our service to clients. Our services have already taken off in Europe, and we are seeing an increasing demand for our service in new markets. Your responsibility will be to service, grow and maintain campaigners who use our platform in Indonesia.
What is Fabrily?
Fabrily is a startup that makes it easy for campaigners (Internet marketers, social media communities, charities, causes, artists) to sell custom merchandising (T-shirts, Hoodies, tank tops, etc.). Users upload a unique design to the merchandise using Fabrily’s platform and sell it to their network/community. Fabrily handles the printing and shipping and give the profits back to the sellers. It is absolutely free for the sellers to use.

International expansion
We have already seen an interest in our services in Indonesia, and have several campaigners using our platform. However, we need a dedicated local team member to provide them with the best customer experience. This will involve interacting with our seller base via social media, email and Skype calls in order to answer questions they have, Furthermore, you will be expected to create educational content (articles, blogs, and videos) in Indonesian that will explain to new users how our platform works. We are content-focused, and will also expect you to build, manage and grow a local Facebook group (and other social media platforms) to serve as a focal point for our customers. Our intention is to better service existing customers, and for you to attract new customers to our service.
Example Key responsibilities
- Reach out to our current customer base to understand their needs
- Provide Indonesian-language customer to our top Indonesian sellers
- Create insightful reports on the current Indonesian seller base (who are our top sellers, what trends are we seeing, etc.)
- Create local language educational resources (local Facebook group, translate existing educational content (written/video))
- Create content for our Indonesian sellers (market trends and insights)
- Propose plans for how to expand and sustain Fabrily’s presence in Indonesia (which groups would you approach, which channels/marketing message would you use?)
We would expect you to have a high level of English and fluent Indonesian. An awareness of the specific nature of Indonesian marketers would also be helpful in understanding their needs and demands. You should have experience building and maintaining Facebook pages/groups. Other social media experience is a plus. A familiarity with understanding and speaking to Internet marketers is also helpful. There will be a lot to do since we are looking to create a local market service from scratch. This is a full-time role and compensation will be local standard competitive.
