Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
A car company called Good Truck Rentals are buying 8 trucks each for $88,000. The trucks are going to be delivered in January 2013. each truck will be rented for something between $450-$750 a day for 360 days a year. The cars will be salvaged in 25 years for 5% of their original value. The daily operating cost is $300.
We would like to buy in 25% of Goof Truck Rentals. capex->Capital to join will be 25% upfront and remainder of 88K*8 -25% will be spread evenly/five payments.
Would like a template. That will calculate NPV IRR and a graph to weather I should do it or not. and if not what would be best inputs that will make sense (profit) for me.
Option to be able to play/change the inputs to get the profitable mix required
