We are a small company who provide career developement courses for doctors. We are looking for a motivated individual to work as a trainer on our one day courses that are run in oxford, UK.
Currently we are looking for someone freelance who can work on saturdays and if successful to potentially run some of our courses during the week.
We are looking for someone who could offer personal individual feedback on interview performance. You will also need to be able to operate a computer and DVD camera as we provide video recorded training to our clients.
You do not have to have a background in medicine to work with us. We are looking to expand our non medical trainers roles and full training will be provided.
A history of training/teaching is required to fulfill this role.

You will need to be available to attend our courses in oxford which we run every weekend. We are looking for 2 individuals initially so that they can pick and choose which courses they want to help run/facilitate and you will be working with one of our permanent members of staff on each course.
Your role would be to provide practice interviews for doctors and give feedback on performance and make sensible suggestions for future developement to improve performance. We are happy to expand the teaching role on an individual basis.
Payment is made on an hourly basis and travel expenses will be paid. If you are interested plesae contact me for more information.
