Kind of development: New program to be developed from Html template http://dashboard.dataa.com
This job consists in developing Python code for 5 dynamic pages of the dashboard:
• Home page
• Collect page
This page shows a table of data uploaded by the user, from an Excel sheet.
With the "Upload" button, the user can upload a new sheet, deleting the previous table.
• View page
This page offers a simple visualisation of the data.
Data can be displayed as histograms, aggregated by a column.
• Predict page
This page uses the SciKit-learn library to calculate a forecast, creating a linear multivariable regression to predict future values of result fields.
Each result field will be calculated for each day over the next 365 days, based on temperature forecasts given by an API (same as the completion part, but for forecast: OpenWeatherAPI or Forecast.io.
The Download Results button allows to download the table.

This page allows to change basic information on the user: First name, Last name and Country.

Just to clarify the scope of the job: for the moment you want an example implementation that uses only temperate forecasts as the external data source, but you do want the user to be free to upload a spreadsheet with arbitrary columns, correct?
