Description of requirements/functionality: Project specification
We collect survey responses daily for over 300 teams/ services which are each assigned a code. This data is collated into one single data output (Excel or CSV). We would like to transform this data into monthly Word documents (one for each of the 300+ teams) which include a chart and a word cloud, which are then emailed automatically to team emails both monthly and quarterly.
The data
We collect survey responses for over 300 teams which are each assigned a code. This data includes responses to the question:
‘How likely would you be to recommend this service to friends and family’
• Extremely likely
• Likely
• Neither likely nor unlikely
• Unlikely
• Extremely unlikely
• Don’t know.
There is a follow-up question which asks for a free text response to explain why the answer was chosen.
This data can be provided in either csv or Excel format. In the example extract below, each row is an individual response. Column B is the team code, column C is the ‘How likely would you be…’ responses and column D is the text response.
From this data we would like to produce a Word document for each code which has a title which includes the code and its associated team name (provided separately to this data output). It should show a chart of the results of the ‘How likely would you be…’ question:
And a sentence which states the total number of respondents the chart is based on.
It should also include a Word Cloud of the comments from the free text question for the particular code:
And a sentence of explanation:
The above word cloud is a collection of words collated from feedback received about team XXX from xxxx to xxxx 2016.
The larger the word the more times it was used within the feedback.
Further requirements
We would like these Word documents to be emailed automatically to each of the teams both monthly and possibly quarterly.
We are open to ideas about how to create this system. Ideally it would take the form of a tool within which an admin user can makes edits, for example to email addresses or to the date ranges required and upload the data each month.
We would also like to be able to combine team data, for example, there may be ten teams which together make up a service.

CMS and Admin requirements: We would need a simple admin tool to upload our cvs or excel file ( will always be the same format), change e-mails, edit teams etc.

Hi Annette,
Could you please clarify if all the responses on the CSV file are for this single question "How like would you be..."? Or the CSV is storing responses to more than on unique question?
Additionally, as job is advertised as urgent, could you please also let me know about your expected turnaround?
