I would like a 11 min video producing with an animated Owl (as per our logo attached).
The video will be to teach users relaxation breathing exercises.
the video will have the something like the following script.
Hello, I'm BP Owl.
Today I am going to take you through a simple breathing exercise that will help you relax and lower your Blood Pressure. The exercise lasts just 10 mins and at the end of the exercise we are going to take our BP with a home monitor.
So, before we start make sure you have not eaten or smoked in the last 30 minutes and have been to the bathroom.
So, to start off lets sit at a table with a high back chair.
Sit up straight with your back against the chair and with your legs uncrossed.
Put on your BP Cuff ready to take your BP but don't start it until the exercise is finished.
Make sure the cuff is on your arm and two finger widths from the crease in the middle of your arm.
Is your arm at heart height - if not get a cushion.
Ok, lets start. I am going to take deep slow relaxing breaths with a short gap in between each breath and see if you can copy.
You can close your eyes – here we go.
The Owl then slowly breaths in and out for 10 mins. (6 beaths per min)
Every 30 seconds some guidance will appear on the screen e.g. – feel your shoulders drop
At the end of the 10 mins -
Ok, gently reach across and start your BP monitor.
Keep slowly breathing while the reading is taken.
How was that?
Mark down your reading.
Same time tomorrow?
We would like two versions of the video - the first one with an intro and the second one as follows –

get yourself sat with your BP monitor as you know how – sat up straight, legs uncrossed - all ready?
Ok then lets start –
