I am very new to this industry, and need some help writing a HR proposal for a small firm who has just started its HR department. Thedepartment consists of a four man operation, they have all the basics, such as employement contract, i have just developed an appraisal system for them, employement manual, orientation manual, still lots to do, Hr operations and talent management are the 2 areas i will like to propose in this proposal. I down loaded a document from business in a box, have made a start to it, but need an expert to help finish it off for me.
