Description of support work: We have an ambitious growth plan and are looking for a Recruitment Director to add resources to our team of 15.
We already hold a database with interesting candidates.
Working closely with Company Directors, the Recruitment Manager/Director will manage the following tasks:
- review/refine existing job specs
- identify the appropriate candidates for the respective job specs to create short lists
- decide on an appropriate initial contact strategy for each candidate
- initiate candidate contact
- hold phone conversations/meetings to explain the specific career perspectives to the candidate with a view to entering the recruitment process
- manage the recruitment process for the candidates
The right HR Manager/Director must have prior experience in hiring for Professional Services firms.
The role is a 4-5 days/week fixed term contract for 1 month, with an option to extend.
The role is office based in London, near Victoria Station.
The right Freelancer must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and outstanding professional work ethics.
