Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
As a Home based Telesales Executive, your responsibility will be to actively set up new appointments for our Sales Team in line with the company's portfolio of services.
You will be responsible for working in conjunction with the organizations internal databases and existing processes in order to ensure appointments are managed effectively.
Some of the key prerequisites are: -
- Confident Telephone Manner
- Able to articulate a concept/ solution through clear communication
- The ability to converse at C level within organisations
- A genuine desire to provide a high level of customer service
- The ability to remain focussed and active in making the required number of telephone calls
- Good administrative skills
Additional Information:
You will be required to have Broad Band (internet access), which will provide remote access to our company information and processes. Via our contact centre software, you will also be provided with VoIP telephony.
This will allow us to monitor your calls, as well as save on the cost of calls that we will reimburse.
You will also need to have a PC in order to access our systems.
You will be requested to complete an online timesheet via Eclipse, our online portal which we will then reconcile with the calls made via the Stats that we can generate from the contact centre. We can then start to work out efficiencies and future benchmarks.
We will provide weekly call sheets with all information required
We will pay £65.00 per appointment, based on appointment criteria set by us. Appointments will be tallied in line with monthly pay roll and all appointments attended will be paid upon monthly.
You will either be self employed or we will provide a Zero Hour Contract of Employment
