Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for someone to take helpdesk phone call from a small number of clients. There would not be many phone calls to take each day. At the moment we have on average about 10 calls a week
We will require you to be skilled in 1st - 3rd line support
Most of servers are hosted but we do have a number of servers on-site. You would be required to remotely access the servers to support clients with their problems/queries
We would require you to use our web based helpdesk to log jobs and to be an excellent communicator with our clients to keep them informed and updated.
There would be requirements to purchase hardware and liaise with third parties.
It would be highly beneficial if you understand Amazon Web Services and hosted applications.
This is an immediate role with many possibilities. We are looking for someone on an ad-hoc basis or hourly rate to start with and to move this up to a more permanent role down the line
This role is for an immediate start and we would prefer you to be local to the Sussex area
