Description

Experience Level: Intermediate
JOB TO BE COMPLETED BY 19TH OCTOBER 2010

We require a creative individual to design from start to finish an advert to appear in the Winter Lifestyle Supplement that will be distributed in the Mail on Sunday next month.

We intend to leave as much (if not all) of the design, artwork and layout to the winning bidder, because of this you must have examples of work you have previously created. The deadline for completing this project is very short so it will quite simply be a case of...

If we like what we see, you will get the job

We need the advert to be right first time, of course there may be a few minor tweaks required to whatever you produce, but in general, we want you to be good, we want it to be good.

Now down to the nitty-gritty.

The advert details such as print specifications and dimensions etc can be found on the attached pdf.

The advert will consist of replacement Sky products for existing Sky customers, the main theme will be Sky+HD boxes and Sky accessories.

We have a very strong online presence and sell successfully to Sky customers looking to replace faulty equipment and customers that intend to distribute Sky around the home. We have chosen late November for the advert to be published as this is an important time of the year for Sky customers to panic when their equipment fails, its also a popular time for customers to think about distributing Sky around the home to keep the kids happy when the family are over etc.

We have some images of the products we intend to advertise but they are of a low quality, mainly images that have been taken from the Internet rather than professional images taken by a photographer. There are some high quality images to be found on the Internet but not many. To be honest, we dont know how good they need to be for an A5 printed advert?

As mentioned earlier, there is a fast approaching deadline for the artwork to be with the publishers (19th October give or take a day or two) so to prevent any delays please ask any questions you need to before bidding, I will answer them as quickly as I can.

PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU ARE CONFIDENT YOU CAN PROVIDE QUALITY EXAMPLES OF YOUR WORK, A QUALITY RESULT AND HAVE THE JOB COMPLETED ON TIME.

Any questions, please ask.

Thank you

Danny
