Train in a Flash is a relatively new company that currently produces 25 Adobe Flash based awareness training products that are available in 11 different languages. The products are branded for each customer and contain local contact information at the end of the program. Programs are generally 4-5 minutes in length.
Job Objective/Job Position:
Train in a Flash is currently looking for a skilled sales representative to assist us in growing sales, initially on a commission basis, with a long term potential that could lead to a full time role and progressing to a senior management position. We are looking for a person who has a successful track record in training product sales globally that can also build strategic partnerships.
Reports to: President & CEO • Toronto, ON, Canada
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for selling Train in a Flash product to companies globally
• Developing new client relationships as well as maintaining existing relationships
• Ensuring customers needs are appropriately met, as well as relaying new development opportunities and customer satisfaction information to management
• Assist in implementation of company marketing plans as needed
• Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in increased market share
• Development and implementation of future pricing and proposal models
Skills/Experience:
• Successful track record in sales globally
• Previous experience building strategic sales partnerships to enhance sales and market segment growth
• Previous experience in training product sales a benefit
• Strong communications skills in writing, business presentations and interpersonal communication
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Demonstrated ability to gather detailed business information about prospective clients and to follow through with sales and a strong client relationship
• Multiple languages is a benefit
