We are a new Luxury Serviced Studio Apartment provider in North London and we are looking to build long term relationships with large London based and Europe based companies who regularly send their business delegates to work in London for short business stays in London.
Being only 22 minutes away from Central London means that we would be more affordable than Central London without compromising on Central London top quality living.
The ideal candidate would have experience talking to top level management (the decision makers) and we would prefer experience within the hospitality industry.
It is much more than a sales call that we're after. We require somebody to help us generate interest in the Serviced Apartments and kick start a great relationship with corporate businesses. The candidate needs to be eloquent, polite, comfortable talking to senior management and a knack for listening as well as selling.We need emphasis on our great value short term business stay rates.
We have now grown to the point whereby we do not have enough people do make these phone calls and the person or organisation we do choose would need to pass our stringent criteria as you will be representing our business.
If you are able to provide a database of contact or have further ideas via your professional work experience in this field please get in touch. You will be provided with a list of some companies to contact, not all of them will have the names of the relevant people to talk to but you will have to use your own initiative and charm to find the decision maker within the organisation.
If you are multilingual and have knowledge of a European language as well as full competency in English and meet all of the above, please get in touch.
