I’m looking for a reliable and experienced virtual assistant to help me in my business. This is for ongoing support to my own VA business. The work is ad hoc so not guaranteed but average around 5-10 hours a week to start with.
The work includes but not limited to:
General admin, checking emails, answering emails, booking and managing appointments, booking and managing travel, formatting documents and presentations, carrying out research, bookkeeping & accounts, handling basic enquiries.
Internet savvy – must know how to use Office 365, Google calendar, Gmail, One Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox etc.
Excellent Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Must be excellent English speaker – both verbal and written communication. Professional and confident telephone manner also useful.
Must be UK based. Preferably suit existing VA who is available for some extra work.
Optional skills - if you also have experience of any of the following that would be useful but not essential:
Email marketing – has knowledge of using Mailchimp and possibly Aweber. Creating and designing emails, managing and uploading lists.
Managing social media – uploading posts, updating profiles, creating and submitting Facebook ads etc. Knows how to use Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn primarily.
WordPress – can edit web pages, and update plugins. Knows their way around the WordPress dashboard.
Rate is £15 an hour.
