We are an established property management company looking for an experienced bookkeeper/accountant. You must have an innate feel for figures and advanced knowlegde of Sage. Your Excel skills are excellent, and you must have experience of raising finance for companies in past.
The job role includes:
* Bookkeeping: Reconciliations, Invoicing and Cheque Chasing.
* Management accounts
* Cash Flow Forecasting
* Submitting Payroll
* Managing Holidays
* Payment processing and customer support
* Buying stationery and groceries etc
* Risk Assessment scheduled actions
