General information for the business: The sales board would take data input into a webform(s), store it and then project the information in a graphical sales tracker that would be hosted by an internal web server. The software would be able to take certain types of data that met pre-determined criteria to highlight certain sales representatives for a job well done.
Database management system (DBMS): MySQL
Description of requirements/functionality: Our office operates using 2 different types of telephone reps: Openers and Closers
For our Openers we would like to track:
Hours Worked per Opener
Leads per hour per Opener
Leads Opened per Opener
Leads Opened by Category by Opener
Live Transfer Leads by Opener
For our Closers we would like to track:
Number of Live Transfer Sales by Closer (by Opener)
Number of Sales Closed by Closer (by Opener)
Revenue Generated by Closer
Hours Worked per Closer
These should be tracked over a 7 day cycle. That data should be stored so weekly, monthly and yearly reports can be pulled using available criteria.
Using the above data the software should also be able to extract/extrapolate
Operation:
The software would use the database to extrapolate the data for 8 stats screens which it would cycle through at customizable intervals. It would also cycle through various different UPDATE style messages depending on what type of data is being input into the system. Examples of this type of data can be seen in the SCRIPT snippets below some of the stat screen examples.
CMS and Admin requirements: Admin App -> creating custom messages and/or slides, adding or removing reps, add or edit all stats, create new reports based on existing data
