Development of database & web site for live & historical energy usage

We are an electronics company who have developed a means of measuring power used by individual sockets & circuits including appliance recognition by RFID.

Usage information is sent at 1min intervals via broad connection.

We need a portal developed so the end user can view their overall consumption in graphical form, download csv files of the data, view screen reports of indiviual circuit usage. Both historical & current.

data includes a) overall power [1], b)overall gas[1], c) individual cirucuits/sockets[<200] d) RFID appliance codes [<200], e)Voltage [1], f)PF[1]
Storing in a database.
Data received at 1 minute intervals.
Web site with user interface allowing customers to access their energy consumption. Daily, weekly, monthly & yearly tables/report of consumption for each circuit etc. etc.
Overall power & Gas graphs + a power gauge.
