General information for the business: we are a proeprty survey company
Database management system (DBMS): Microsoft Access
Description of requirements/functionality: Hi looking into possibility of someone designing a property database for use with access or excel or any other good database package ..where we can automatically catalogue our property enquiries with a rolling unique reference number and then create a database of the client names, addresses, email addresses billing address and some other fields and be able to search that database to find jobs, clients etc and create via mail merge (?) or drop down boxes a series of auto populated letters, invoices etc via that database with the database in effect inserting the names of clients, fees, etc into set template letters we send at different stages of the job process. I can supply a more detailed list of the fields and requirements as and when I hear back from designers. Thanks
